I’ve never been happy taking orders from anyone, just ask my parents.

Don’t get me wrong, they’ll tell you I was a good kid (and I was) but once I set my mind to something rabid determination took over, no matter what anyone else said. I’ve learned a lot working for others, but I’ve also learned that going rogue is the most rewarding path to freedom and prosperity.

So in the midst of an economic downturn, I decided to start a business… twice.

I knew I was on the right path the first time I fired a customer… talk about going rogue. It was scary as hell but the fear is always worse than the outcome. And it’s those kinds of tough decisions that hardened me into the entrepreneur I am today. 

I know how easy it is to feel lost and overwhelmed in the maze of “you don’t know what you don’t know.”

I started Rogue Mogul because it’s important to me to help founders overcome the obstacles that keep them from scaling revenue, building momentum, and thriving in good times and bad. I’ve done it and so can you, without having to build a huge team of people to manage (#headache). There are few things as exciting as ditching conventional wisdom and forging your own path.

The happiest people I know are also the ones with the most freedom and I want that for you. That “master of my destiny” feeling lies on the other side of going rogue. So stop following outdated advice, take the first step, and get ready for an adventure. 

Like all great adventure stories, there will be obstacles, but together we can overcome them and return to the shire with stories to tell!
